When I connect the power cable to the laptop, the graphics are disabled, but if I disconnect it, it works. I have already reinstalled Windows and used the disconnected battery to rule it out, but I still haven't found the problem.

I googled this external power disables graphics on dell - first hit - there is more. Try it
