My battery is draining fast and when I turn on the laptop, a notification is on the screen that one of the cooler fan is not working properly and to press enter to continue to the home screen?

The lap is 17 months old, and when I power on the laptop, the screen shows that the cooling fan is not working properly and to press enter for going to the home screen

How old is your battery. As they age they do not hold a charge for as long as when new.
