My controller need a longer moment to turn on via USB

Hello, after replacing the damaged USB-C port I noticed that after some time, e.g. 12 hours, the controller needs a longer moment to start, this only happens on the USB cable. I suspect that some capacitor may be to blame, but can anyone suggest which one?
