@mehtabsing76021 you will need to try to replace the screws that hold the cover to the mechanism. If that does not work, it is possible that the screws no longer properly hold. In that case, replacing the plastic cover should fix this. This Canon Powershot A720 IS Battery Contacts Replacement should be identical to your camera.
