Copy function not working
When I want to copy the paper comes out blank

Is the printer connected to a computer?
If so can you print OK from the computer?
If it "prints" blank sheets, try performing a nozzle check to see if the print heads are blocked.
If the printer isn't connected to a computer, you can perform the nozzle check from the printer's control panel.
