Xbox one won't power on, no light or sound on power button. Good PS

Got an xbox one from a friend. Hadn't powered on in a while. Turned it on and it locked up at the green xbox screen. Booted into safe mode, and started factory reset, but it locked up again. Attempted reboot, but now I get no sound or light on the power button. Using a known good power supply. Hard reset (holding power button for 10 seconds) does nothing. Any ideas?

What color is the light on the power supply?

Solid orange. It is a working power supply. I have another xbox one that is fine, and the power supply is from it. I have hooked that back up and it works fine. Issue is not the power supply, as I stated above.

This might be a bit of a long shot, but it could be an issue with the RF Module Board. You could try to reseat or replace the board and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, it's probably an issue with the motherboard itself.
