Why can't the heart rate measurement of my watch be used and the data

Why can't the heart rate measurement of my watch be used and the data cable can't be transmitted? Is the data chip broken?After disassembling the machine, it was found that the heart rate sensor suddenly failed, and the computer could not transmit data through the data cable.

Unfortunately, if your watch is beyond factory warranty, either the manufacturer is consulted for repairs or its not repairable.
