Screw issue , not coming out
My PSP back cover screw not coming out .
It is moving on it’s position plus not fixing
at clockwise .

Okay, is the screw still good? Or totally stripped?
If it's not stripped, I assume it's broken inside and this will not be easy. You need to block somehow the plastic which is turning together with the screw. So, take out the other screws and carefully open it a bit, so that you can grab the plastic and take the screw out.
