My phone is turned off right now but when turning on stays on huawei logo or just restart again and again on huawei logo and it didn't boot up properly so what to do now ?

@ahmedali27889 sounds like you are due for a factory reset. The problem is that you lose all your data of course. Make sure that you have a backup of your files. Also you will need the user email and password that was used when you first setup your phone. Without that you will have trouble getting into your phone after a reset.
Try and see if your can get into Erecovery mode by holding volume up and plug in the device.
From a hardware perspective, this could also be a bad battery as well as a bad side button flex.
