There seems to be an issue with replacing. Before contacting the person, check for dirt on the screen, remove any screen protectors, restart your phone, and try activating safe mode.

The problem was the screen it was a cheap brand so I told the person they need to get a new original screen because she carried it by someone first get her problem and then bring it for me to fix so I showed her the problem.
