Cracked my screen badly, but the display is fine, no dead pixels or anything. Problem is, cost to replace it is more than I can afford, around $140. Is it possible to replace this myself? What do I need for it?

@deanr3896 sure you can. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that use something like this video or even something like this guide should help you with that. The guide was written in spanish and even so it is not a 5G it will be very similar. Use a browser that will do the translating for you, if needed. Just work conscientiously and move forward one step at the time.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
