Nextbook not connecting to internet

I I have a problem connecting to any internet service it will not even connect to a hotspot I have already put it through a hard restart I have did the whole nine yards to it and nothing seems to work

Answer this question I have this problem too

Does it detect networks but not connect to them or doesn't it detect any networks at all?
