Why does one side work but not the other?
Fresh out of the box only one side of my headphones worked. It blares in my ear while there is nothing coming out of the left side.

Hey there,
If these are brand new and you have the receipt, the store you purchased them from should grant you a refund. Otherwise, JBL headphones have a one-year warranty policy, so you should be able to get them repaired.
