It doesn't turn on. It seems there is a problem with the diode
At one point the laptop turned off and does not turn on anymore. When connecting the power supply, it goes into protection mode (until you take it out of the socket and turn it on again). You can also hear a clear spark sound when connecting the power supply. The resistance on the power connector in the laptop is 500 ohms, i.e. there is no short circuit. Apparently, the short circuit occurs when voltage is applied.
By ringing the circuit, I found out that one of the diodes (it seems) has a short circuit. It is located right under the central processor. Marking: 220 13n2x.
I tried to find information about this diode on the Internet, but I did not find anything.
Could this be the cause?
Where can I find this diode or its analogue?
Is this a good question?
Hi @alehhutnikau
Did you remove the diode from the board (or at least one side of it) to prove that it is short circuit and not there there may be a parallel path around it that you are measuring that may be short circuit, if it is still connected to the board?

yes, I removed it from the board. It has short circuit in both directions.

@alehhutnikau
What is the model number of the motherboard (printed on board itself)?
Could be something like LA-K861P, LA-F951 etc or similar .
Knowing the board model may help to find the schematics for the board and the schematics will show the complete model number of the part.

Check also on solder pad on the PCB, after removing component still it showing short on the PCB?
