My laptop is heating a lot. I'm thinking of changing my thermal paste and cleaning dust inside it also, or i should do something else, like expanding RAM.
Please help it's heating like a heater in cold season.

Is this a good question?
Firstly, check the temperature of the CPU using Speccy.
Is it also hot when idle? If so, then some background process might be using the resources.
Check Task Manager process list sorting by CPU usage, to see what's using the CPU power.
Then clean your computer with some compressed air, maybe that'll be enough.
However if you haven't replaced the thermal paste in some years, it would be a good idea to do so.

Is the fan running and blowing air? I would start with that, and with cleaning the fan and heatsink it blows air through with some compressed air - try to prevent the fan from spinning while you clean it (clean it while it is turned off).
