I have 9SCSR it has battery issue. It turns off

When I touch it forcefully it turns off and when I connected to adapter then it turns on, and it doesn't charge, after some time it charges, after charging if I disconnect it stays like that and if shutdown and turns on without plugging then it won't turns on. When I check battery report it has battery removed records in the report solve my issue

maybe try to clean it and if that doesn't work try replacing the battery
