I am having problems in resetting my laptop windows 10

I reset my laptop and it suck at reinstalling windows at 24 % for more than 10 hours so I turn it off . After i turn it on , my laptop keep showing Lenovo and turn off itself again and again, and now it showing this

Options

Create a Windows installation media on a flash drive.

Windows 10 or 11 Installation Media creation

and try reinstalling from that. That should work.

Note: You have not explained why you were doing a "reset".

Thank you, it seems like this is my last resort. Well, I just want to do it because it's my brother's laptop 😈. But I ended up in error.

(No harm, my brother reset my 2-week-old brand-new phone to prank me, so I reset his new 1-month-old laptop, which he got from his teacher as his gift.)
