@mark96254 does your sound work at all? What Operating system are you using? Have you checked something like the device manager? What have you tried?

@mark96254 there are a few possibilities. I would suggest that you use the Dell Dimension 4500s User Guide and check page 38. This will address most of the issues. Let us know what you find out.
