Use apple watch series 2 charger on apple watch series 4

I've an apple watch series 4 that I'm actually using. I also have an apple watch nike series 2 that I will need to repair, I've noticed that the charger are similar but not sure if there is any difference. If I use the charger of the apple watch series 2 to charge the seres 4 can be a problem?Can this damnage the device or the battery?

Options

The charger power output needs to be around 12Watt. The USB-A Puck is the same for the older Watches the newest Watches use a newer USB-C Puck and a newer charger.

Ok, so basically the only difference is with thte USB Puck type that is used, both charger can be used with no problem, right?

@ziobru - Not sure you are asking. The USB-A puck is what you watch needs.
