Why is my Phillips Clock Radio randomly scanning and turning on/off

I have a phillips clock radio 4000 series (tar4406yw) and after a few minutes from turning on it does this:

  • auto scanning for radio stations moving by itself
  • turning on alarm one and alarm two on the display
  • clock changing
  • writing something like BU2

What should i do? Thank you!!
