My phone keeps restarting

Hello all,

My refurbished Samsung S20+ keeps restarting several times in the day. Have never been able to use it fully for months. Sometimes it happens immediately or a few minutes into using my phone. Many times it will stay stuck in a continuous reboot loop for minutes and the IU One shows... I've tried everything. Help!
