The phenomenon known as "ghost touch" results from a bad connection between the digitizer and the motherboard, allowing signal noise on the line which gets interpreted as touch inputs by the processor. The interface between the glass the digitizer circuitry is printed on and the flex cable going to the motherboard is delicate and easily broken. Unfortunately, it's not repairable so the only solution is to replace the screen. Assuming you have the same phone as the original poster, you can use the instructions given in my answer to fix your phone.

I want to repair it

@prashantsh30375 You'll have to be more specific. What's broken that you want to repair? If we're still on the subject of ghost touches, that's already been answered, and if it's a different subject or a different phone, you need to start your own question with a good description of exactly what the issue is, how it started and what you've done to troubleshoot the problem.
