Der Touchscreen lässt sich nicht bedienen? Das Display bedient sich wie von Geisterhand?
--> Display/Digitizer defekt und muss ersetzt werden

Your cuescreen has failed. If you take it to the dealership they will only replace the entire HVAC and infotainment system to the tune of around $1500 to $2000. Or you can go online to cuescreens.com and order just the sreen to replace the touch screen on your vehicle. It cost anywhere from $100 to $150 and you can do it yourself. They have great step by step guides that make it easy. I just did mine yesterday in about an hour and a half.
