Camera makes weird sound?

Hello.

Whenever I open the Camera app, the iPhone (or camera, I'm not sure) makes a quiet sound like when you take a picture on a Motorola, or when a camera takes a photo.

It only happens if I haven't opened the Camera app for a long time (I rarely take photos).

Does anyone know if something is wrong with the camera?
