Recovering Music from My iPod

I Have A Problem With My Ipod Well The Thing is I can't seem to be able to pull up the screen for to see what I have on my Ipod and to see if I want or don't want what is on it Please Help Me

If it is still recognized by iTunes, you can use that to scour through your iPod. Use the instructions from here. Of course you can also use software like CopyPod, CopyToy or iDumpPro and multiple others. If your iPod does not get recognized, and if you have some other issues with it, I suggest a USB-to-Zif adapter. One of those lets you connect your hard drive as an external drive. From there you can then copy your files. Hope this helps, good luck.

Maybe you can try some third-party tools like Tenorshare iPod Data Recovery to save what you want to keep or delete which you don't want to keep.
