Difference between LA04 & OA04 batteries?

Looking at the specifications for both batteries, there are three versions of the 0A04 battery and four versions of the LA04 battery.
There is only one 0A04 battery that has the same voltage and current rating as two of the LA04 batteries¹ i.e. 14.8V DC / 2200mAH but not the same physical dimensions i.e. OA04 battery = 274x37.73x22.74mm(L x W x H) vs. LA04 battery 274x36.8x22.5mm(L x W x H).
It's marginal (0.93mm wider and 0.24mm higher) so these two may be interchangeable but you would also need to know that the battery pinouts were the same for both batteries to be sure. The other two 0A04 batteries aren't compatible with any LA04. either due to voltage or dimensions
¹ There are two LA04 batteries having the same voltage, current rating and physical dimensions specifications, it's just that they are different colours
