How to repair a broken LCD
my asus laptop has never been used since 2017 and the reason why it is left because the LCD was cracked. It still ok, but it only opens white screen with a crack.

First check that it is only the LCD panel that is the problem by connecting an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check what the display from the laptop is like on it. Don't forget to press the Fn+F8 keys (both together) to switch the display from the laptop screen to the external monitor.
If the display on the external monitor is OK then you will have to replace the LCD panel in the laptop.
Here's a video that may help. I could find one for your exact model but this one should be close enough.
Search online for Asus X451MA LCD screen to find suppliers that suit you best. Usually there's an Asus part number somewhere on the back of the lCD panel itself, if you want to search for the part number instead.
If the display on the external monitor is also just a white screen then there's a motherboard problem as well as the laptop's LCD panel having a crack in it.
