My cursor is scrolling down pages automatically
Whenever I open a page or an app the cursor of my laptop scrolls it down automatically and start doing abnormal behaviors

Maybe try to connect a different wired mouse and se if the problem persists. If not maybe replace the broken mouse as it is cheap fix. If you want to keep it then go to a website that check it.
