It stuck on bootloader. And when I charge it it turn off and on

My phone redmi 9a is stuck on bootloader and when I charge it. "It shows mi logo and turn off and again show mi logo and turn off". and it repeat it continuously.... and if I remove it from charging it doesn't stop and repeat this process.. any solution.
