You should be able to jump start the Lexus just like any other car.

1. Connect to positive terminal on dead car.

2. Connect to positive terminal on helper car.

3. Connect to to negative terminal on helper car.

4. Connect to ground (unpainted) on dead car.

If your battery is discharged to much, it may take a good while. Keep the helper car idling at about 2k RPM for a while. Removal of the jumper cable is in reversed order, negative first, then positive. Also, make sure that the battery cables on the Lexus are not excessively corroded. If they are, the boost will not work. Hope this helps.
