Central locking not working properly

My 2001 Rav4 can unlock and lock with the key and wireless except the passenger door and boot. These 2 door have to be locked individually with the key or using the inside lock. When I unlock or lock the car with the key from either of these doors the rest of the doors (except the other one (boot or passenger)) unlock or lock.
