Could you be a little more specific? When did it stop charging? What happened from when it was working to no longer working? What you tried as far as troubleshooting?

Your best hope is that something's wrong with the charger.

  • Have you tried another charger?
  • Have you tried another charging cable?
  • Have you tried a battery power bank instead of an AC charger?
  • If you don't have any of those, is there another phone available that you can try charging from your charger/ cable to see if that phone charges OK?
