iPhone Having Connectivity issues after Screen Repair

I recently replaced the screen of my iPhone 13 mini.

after some time i noticed i would regularly lose reception to the cellular network even in densely populated Areas or next to a cell tower.

When typing *#60# the imei still shows up so i guess during the repair i have probably broken the antenna. Is there any way to fix or replace this?
