Why doesn't my ps3 display anything on my tv?
I think the HDMI inlet in my ps3 is broken, any guide to fix / clean it?

Hi Dennis!
When the HDMI port is broken, you need to replace it by soldering it out, and soldering the new one in.

If this didn't worked, then most likely the HDMI controller is broken on the motherboard.
Does the AV port still work?
Anyway, if you are not sure if your HDMI port is broken or not, you can always sent us some pictures!

Try holding the power button until you hear a beep sometimes it is two beeps and your tv should pick up the output. Make sure your tv is set to the hdmi port the ps3 is plugged into as you will only have 30 seconds to confirm this setting before it reverts to the previous setting.
