My pc doesn't want to turn on

When i try to open my pc doesn't open randomly i don't know why ??

Please make and model number of motherboard, hard drive/SSD, etc. What operating system and any other relevant information such what happened, what were you doing before this problem started.

To clarify when you say "open" do you mean the computer doesn't start or you just can't login, ????

When you say "randomly" do you mean intermittantly and is that from a cold boot, etc.?
