Why is my lap top not displaying my desktop

When I switch on my laptop every thing came correctly But it does not show the desktop you will see only dark screen

Answer this question I have this problem too

Can you plug the device into an external monitor and see if you can get anything to display?

@jacodquensah So you cannot get anything to display on the built-in or external monitor, but the device is turning on. Are you able to boot into your bios by pressing F2 during start-up and display anything from there?
