My Wifi and Bluetooth on Fold 5 is not working. it was working up untill now but now it is not working when i click the Wifi and bluetooth button it is greyed out. PLEASE HELP

The phone is most likely faulty - take it into your local store to get it replaced

Its the ribbon cable which is degrading causing the Bluetooth and WiFi not to work

Well update the phone to it latest software version sometime outdated version can also cause this kind of issue.

I have the same issue and tried different software solutions and quite often is starts working out of the blue. Also i noticed when i move or drop the phone then bluetooth gets disconnected so Its most likely an internal hardware issue. I'll be checking furthur how to open the phone carefully and see where the connector is of bleutooth/wifi, perhaps its not connected properly.
