Two years ago playing Lego Star Wars my PlayStation 3 Slim got stuck and the screen froze when I restarted the console and removed the disc
the playstation 3 slim model 2011A I think I stopped reading the discs, I want to clarify that the discs do not have scratches or something similar
Please if you can tell me what happened or if you can help me in the comments

Hi!
Could be multiple thing that happened. Does your PS3 Slim still accept discs? Can you hear the PS3 trying to read games? Or is it silence? Can the PS3 still update?
Most of the time it's the laser which stopped working and need a replacement.

The playstation does not read the disc, it does not make any noise and as far as I know the console is updated and the disc fits well into the playstation
I hope you can tell me what I can do to make it work.
and I will also investigate the console if it is updated to be able to give you more details about the console and if there is a solution to the problem

Okay, well I think it’s a good start to replace the whole laser deck! Most of the time the laser is faulty and won’t read/detect disc anymore.
For the 2011A you will probably need the KES-450A. But always double check before you order the part.
