Here's the service manual for the phone that may help.
Go to p.79 to view the Power On troubleshooting flowchart that show the steps to follow to find out why it isn't turning on.
On p.76→p.77 you'll find the board layout diagrams where you can find the location of the components listed by the flowchart. Use your browser search function (Ctrl + f) to make it easier. You may have to zoom in a bit as well to see them more clearly.
