Why It is doing its job by giving access to an internet connection (good download speed,and very slow upload speed) despite that its light(power , PON , LAN,LOS...) are all off?I tried trning it on and off and it is still the same.

That little hole in front might be a reset button access. Not sure what that will do. It could be the LEDs burned out. I have had that happen on a different device. I guess if it is fully functional without the LEDs I would just ignore it.

I would be surprised to see the router can't talk to the gateway and turn off the LEDs.
Something was wrong with the cable between the ONU and the router(it was struck by a lightning).Thanks for the help!
