How to replace brushes?

jack caron, this really depends on your model. Most of the Bosch have the brush holder right under a cover on the top. In most cases it is fastened with three screws. Once you remove those, remove the cover and you should be looking at the brush holder. there should be one screw on each brush that connects the brushes to the contacts. Remove those, and pull out the old set of brushes. Some others will require an almost full disassemble to get to the brushes, so this is a very generic answer, and we can get more specific when we know what Bosch you have.Hope this helps.
