Why is my device does not power?

My device is not working. I tried charging it but it does not power. I also checked the outlet if its the problem, but its working. Its just my device does not power.

So sometimes these laptops have an issue where they refuse to power on after a dead battery or just randomly. Plug in the laptop using the DC Jack (not USB-C) and stick a paper clip or thumbtack into the small pinhole next to the middle screw on the base (it's a reset button and should click), and repeatedly click the button until the charge light comes on.
