How do I make my Powermac blue&white into a server?

Can someone explain to me how to network my Powermac Blue&white(OS10.3) to a Mac Mini(10.4)? The Mac Mini will be the admin and the Blue&white will be the server/storage. What do I need as in parts? What do I need to do in order the Blue&White HDs will show up on the desktop of the Mac Mini at start-up?

Answer this question I have this problem too
