Might I have more information on this? The more information you give me, the better I can help you.
Based off what I already know:
Does this problem happen wherever you charge it? Different USB ports/chargers have different amperages(current). So the one you are charging just could be really weak. Try charging it on different chargers and see if the problem is resolved.
