Display is not coming

I have a fitbit charge 3 smart watch whose display screen is showing black..To solve it i did the following:

  1. Change the clock set up
  2. Do the factory reset
  3. Nothing helped me to bring back my display screen..Pls help me if anything can be done to solve the issue
