screen cable for g512lv (240hz)

hello everyone. i need to get this screen cable replaced for my laptop but im not sure what exact cable this laptop uses. would really appreciate some help. screen is 1080p 240hz.

Hi @rshisdumb

There are two eDP cables available, depending on which model variant you have.

Asus p/n 14005-03070000 is for an FHD, non touchscreen model

Asus p/n 14005-03070400 is for an FHD 240Hz screen model.

Usually the p/n will be printed on the eDP cable somewhere if you wish to verify which cable you have.

Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best. Note: these cables are also used in other Asus models so don't be surprised if your model is not listed by a particular supplier as they may not know that is is also suitable for your model.

@rshisdumb you'd be looking for a cable like this one This is an example only and not an endorsement of the seller. You can find those most likely on ebay etc. as well

tysm for the reply. i was wondering whether this would work for my display as it is a 240hz panel instead of the regular 144hz panel this varient comes with.
