I need some assistance with my tv I have a axxera model AXT32DLED I cannot figure out how to press select to use the usb selection screen in media input please help I would greatly appreciate it

On the TV press the Input button to display the input options. Use the CH+ / CH- buttons to navigate to the desired input and then press the Vol+ button to select it.

Thank you and my current issue now is I am trying to play mp4 movie files using a gorilla 2.0 in fat format and it I cannot seem to be able to select the file in order to open it it's as if it's saying there's nothing to open I thought these tvs supported playing mp4 off of a usb using the media player idk if I am doing something wrong or what 😞
Can you play other video files type, e.g. .mov, .avi etc?
Have you proven that the .mp4 file you wish to play works OK on another device?
According to p.11 of the user manual it only says that for the USB input, it supports mp3 and jpeg which are both audio only files.
On p.29 of the manual it shows how to view pictures from the USB but it makes no mention of watching video. Also I'm not sure if you can navigate to the setting i.e. Input source →Media →Photos using the TV control buttons as it may be with using the remote only.
