@kathy0404 the cost for an AMOLED display is still pretty high, upward of USD $200 but you can get an LCD for about USD $100+ Get a replacement that has the midframe on it. Something like this (Example only, not an endorsement for the seller) . This will make it much easier. To work on your phone use something like this video since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for it.

Time-wise I would figure about an 1 hr to 2 hr . Now, if you meant to ask if iFixit does do the repair, then the answer is No. iFixit does not do repairs but empowers you to repair your own device and safe your hard earned money. If you feel that this task is to daunting for you, you may need to find somebody in your geographic region that does display replacements.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
