I have this issue, with my E key on my MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015. I've inspected both the keyboard slot, and the key. No visible damage. So I simply have had to put up with it. I've gotten used to it, barely noticing it now, and when it does get loose, I know how to quickly snap it back on.

Hi!

Reading those comments, it looks like you’ve tried to put the keys back on, but they will come off all the time. I’m afraid that it’s for the best to replace this one. It will probably only get worse :(… sorry!

Unfortunately, HP decided to fuse the keyboard with the palm rest (top cover) for this model… it’s still possible to replace the keyboard and remove it from the palm rest (top cover), but it’s a pain in the as* to remove the keyboard from it and to put a new one in.

I recommend to replace the top cover with the keyboard all in one (this is factory standard OEM).

You can get the part from HP with the correct part number.
