What have you tried so far?

Did you read this?

Toshiba Satellite C50 BIOS update

Secure boot and CSM boot setting is important.

The boot menu key is either F12 or F2.

Hi @joeljoseph70261

1.) Did you reset the BIOS by removing/disconnecting the CMOS battery? It could be corrupted.

2.) https://support.dynabook.com/

and type in your serial number just to double check you have the correct BIOS version for your exact laptop model.

3.) Did you format the USB flash drive with FAT 32?

Yes I did,My model does not have CMOS battery

@joeljoseph70261

There is a CMOS battery on the motherboard.

It is a rechargeable battery that is soldered onto the board.

Look for JRTC component on the board

You can also clear the cmos (BIOS) by short circuit on jumper pads JP1 & 2 near the ram door, for about 10 seconds
